AnalyzingOshii initially began as a blog for providing analyzes of the films of director Mamoru Oshii.  It has since developed into a general film analysis site, covering interpretations of other films and filmmakers.  This blog invites its readers to give recommendations for any films they wish to see analyzed by sending a message to the author through the contact link.

About the Author: Sean Hartlieb graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii. He is the founder of the philosophy Exitiumism, a set of ethical guidelines for preventing the complete obsolescence of the human experience in the wake of a coming Transhumanist society.
